Please read before your first service

Welcome to Home Reset Co. We are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction in every home we care for. By booking our services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions set out below. If there is any part of this document you don't agree with, please let us know before your first service so we can make things right from the start.

1Satisfaction Guarantee

We pride ourselves on a high professional standard in every task we complete. If you ever feel a task included in your booking hasn't been performed to that standard, we promise a fair and responsive resolution. Please let us know within 24 hours of service completion. We will prioritize a return visit to re-clean the items or areas in question at no extra charge, scheduled at the earliest opportunity. This is how we uphold our quality promise and make sure you're completely happy with your home.

2Package-Based Service Model

Home Reset Co. delivers cleaning through a package-based model, so you get comprehensive, outcome-focused results rather than simply paying by the hour. Our packages mean:

  • Predictable pricing — you know exactly what you're paying for upfront, with no surprises.
  • Efficiency and focus — our team concentrates on delivering the best possible result in the most effective way.
  • Tailored service — packages designed to suit different homes and different needs.

3Customized Quotes

If a standard package doesn't quite fit your home, just request a custom quote. We'll carry out every quoted item to our high standard. Anything additional can absolutely be added, but it must be re-quoted and scheduled separately so we can give it the time it deserves.

Our team's time is valuable. If expectations change part-way through a service, we reserve the right to pause or cancel the booking and may apply a cancellation fee. Misleading information — particularly about safety, access, or the condition of the home — may result in a full-fee cancellation.

4Booking Confirmation

Booking online reserves your preferred time, but your booking is only confirmed once our team has been in touch to finalize the details. Standard packages assume your home has been professionally serviced within the previous four weeks — if that's not the case, please let us know so we can provide an accurate quote. All bookings are confirmed by email or phone.

Same-day bookings need to be placed at least 4 hours in advance. If you need us sooner than that, please call and we'll do our best to help.

5Billing

By booking with Home Reset Co., a payment hold is placed on your preferred card for the full service amount one day before your appointment. If that hold fails, we reserve the right to cancel current and future appointments. The held funds are charged on the day of service.

In the event a service has been delivered and payment has not been received, you understand and agree that a collections service may be engaged to recover the outstanding amount, and/or legal proceedings may be started to recover payment, with Home Reset Co. also entitled to seek any additional costs incurred in recovering the missing payment.

6Our Cleaning Team

We take every reasonable step when hiring team members so we can deliver a high level of service and build a safe, trusted brand in our community. As part of that process, all team members must pass a background check before completing relevant training. We maintain documented processes and policies covering expected behavior and standards, and every team member is trained on these before signing their agreements.

Home Reset Co. carries the relevant insurance for our staff. By booking with us, you agree to raise any concern in a timely manner — within 24 hours — directly with us, rather than posting publicly any content that could damage the reputation of Home Reset Co. or anyone affiliated with us. We can provide evidence of staff screening on request. Employee misconduct is not tolerated, and any matter is handled individually, professionally, and with full transparency.

7Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule a service in cases of safety concerns, hostility, unsanitary conditions, or ongoing miscommunication. If a safe environment is not provided, our team will stop the service and the full fee will apply. We expect mutual respect — and we extend the same to you.

8Service Day Preparation

To help our team deliver the best result, please prepare the space ahead of our visit. Make sure the areas to be cleaned are accessible and reasonably free of clutter and obstacles. Our technicians focus strictly on professional cleaning, not tidying or organizing personal items. Delays or unresolved access issues on the day may result in cancellation and a full fee to cover the lost booking opportunity.

9Add-On Services

Extra services and additional tasks must be booked in advance. This ensures we allocate adequate time and the right people for every requirement, so nothing feels rushed.

10Pets Policy

We understand that pets are part of the family. For everyone's safety, and in line with our Safe Work policy, we ask that all pets are fully secured for the duration of our service. Home Reset Co. reserves the right to cancel a service at full cost if this isn't met or if a team member is made to feel unsafe for any reason.

Please note: Home Reset Co. does not handle pet waste, and we cannot be held liable for any pet escaping or for retrieving a pet. It remains the customer's responsibility to ensure all pets are properly secured during any service.

11Service Fees

Home Reset Co. reserves the right to adjust pricing at its discretion. Any adjustment will be communicated directly to you in writing with no less than 14 days' notice. This does not apply where a customer has deliberately provided misleading information about the condition of the home or the service required — in which case we reserve the right to re-quote, cancel (with the full service fee applying), or decline the service.

12Payments

Payment is due on the day of service. Late payments may incur additional fees. It is the client's responsibility to ensure a valid payment method is on file and that sufficient funds are available on the day of service.

13Satisfaction & Re-Service

In line with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States and the State of Arizona, we offer a re-service as part of our satisfaction guarantee. All concerns must be reported no later than 48 hours after service delivery; after that time, the matter will be considered resolved in Home Reset Co.'s favor.

14Lockouts & Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled service incur the full fee. If our team arrives and is unable to access the home (for example, a lockout or no entry provided), the full fee also applies.

15Cancellation by Home Reset Co.

If we ever need to cancel on you with less than 24 hours' notice, your next service is 50% off (unless you choose to decline our alternative team member or time).

16Supplies & Equipment

We bring our own tested supplies and equipment to ensure consistent results in every home. If you require specific products to be used in your home (for example, due to allergies or sensitivities), please discuss and provide these at the time of booking.

17Tasks We Cannot Service

Specialized remediation — such as toxic mold removal, biohazard cleanup, or pest-related work — falls outside our standard cleaning offerings.

18Unreachable Areas

For safety reasons, our team does not move heavy furniture, climb ladders above a safe height, or access closed or sealed-off areas. Anything beyond safe reach is outside the scope of a standard clean.

19Breakage, Damage & Loss

Home Reset Co. is a registered, insured business with documented processes and policies reinforced by regular training. We carry the appropriate coverage and types of insurance to operate as a compliant business, which means every reasonable step has been taken to protect against both personal liability (such as damage) and public liability (such as accidents).

By booking with us, you agree to view any potential theft or malicious damage as the action of an individual, not the company as a whole. Please report any concern directly to Home Reset Co. management immediately, within 24 hours, and refrain from posting in any public forum in a way that may negatively affect the company directly or indirectly. We have zero tolerance for theft and will work with you to resolve any legitimate concern.

20Photo & Video Usage

By booking with Home Reset Co., you agree to allow us to take and use before-and-after photo or video content for training and marketing purposes. We will never use or publish any content that positively identifies the people living in the home or that could create a security risk for you or your property.

21Weather

Arizona's climate can be extreme. For the safety and wellbeing of our team, we may adjust scheduling during severe weather. If a service is affected, we'll be in touch promptly to reschedule at the next available time.

22Holidays

Home Reset Co. does not operate on public holidays or over the holiday period at the end of the year. Your service will simply continue on the next scheduled date once the holiday period has passed.

23Non-Solicitation of Team Members

By booking with Home Reset Co., you agree not to solicit or privately hire any of our team members. We appreciate that you value the quality our team brings — and that's exactly why significant time, effort, and investment goes into each person's training and support.

24Intellectual Property

Home Reset Co. holds its business model, branding, and proprietary methods as intellectual property. We take pride in our originality, and by booking with us you agree to honor that and not to duplicate or make false claims about any part of our business.

Notice to competitors and other entities: Copying or imitating any aspect of our business model, marketing materials, service packages, or operational strategies will be treated as an infringement of our intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to take legal action against any individual or entity found replicating, in part or in whole, any component of our business recognized as our intellectual property.

25Client Communication

To make sure you get the best possible outcome, please communicate directly with our team. You can reach us by email or phone during business hours and we'll respond promptly. Please also let us know of any change to your contact or service details in good time, so we can keep your service running smoothly. We genuinely welcome your feedback at any time.

26Referral Bonus

Love your clean home? Share it. With our $50 for $50 referral program, when you refer a friend who books with us, you receive a $50 credit — and your friend gets $50 off their first service too. It's our way of saying thank you for spreading the word.

27The Good Neighbor Fund

Every booking gives back. 2% of every service goes to our Good Neighbor Fund, which provides free home cleanings for Arizona families going through a difficult season. By choosing Home Reset Co., you're helping support neighbors in our community when they need it most.

Your Agreement

By booking a service with Home Reset Co., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This is a living document and may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be available to you.
